Our two B&B / guest houses are located in one of the most important historic streets of Rome, Via Appia Nuova, only a few meters away from subway stops metro "A" (red line) and bus terminus / stop to city center. Appia Avenue 639 is near Largo dei Colli Albani, at first floor of a building with large, bright rooms, all newly-renovated and with a balcony that overlooks Via Appia Nuova.

 

   We offer 10 spacious bedrooms, eight with private bathrooms, two with shared bathroom and private washbasin inside. Each room is dedicated to an art - the talents of Rome - each individualized and decorated in a different style: you can sleep in the romantic room of poetry (double), architecture (round bed), music (suite for four people with small kitchen), painting (with double bed, bunkle bed, and hydromassage shower) or sports (double + single beds).

 

   Each room is equipped with every comfort: LED TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, tea kettle, safety lock, double window and free 24h free WI-FI.

There are also has a small kitchen (on request sometimes), refrigerator and microwave.

   Italian breakfast is offered in the cafe below (croissant and hot drink of your choice).

 

  You will experience your stay in the heart of the life of Rome district, the quiet and shopping area of Via Appia Nuova, full of supermarkets (h. 24 too), café, restaurants, pizza, fast food, cinema, etc. 

  The important Basilica of St. John Lateran or  the "Parco dell' Appia Antica" (very nice green archeological park), are reachable in 20 minutes walking, the train station “Roma Tuscolana” in 5 minutes, while Ciampino Airport is 11 km. away.

 

   Lots of free parking available if you'll rent your car in airport.
